Create Ticket Track Your Previos Ticket

Product Type:
For Project: Select the Project for which you want to generate a ticket.
Type: For which department the ticket is to be targeted.
Priority: Choose Priority level for the ticket, eg: High, medium or low.
Assign To: Choose from the list of person (specific for selected project) to whome the ticket is to be sent.
Title: Mention a brief title for Ticket.
Description: Mention your problem/query.
Attachment: Enclose (if any) attachment supporting your ticket.
